Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We offer $5 flat-rate USPS shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1–3 business days (please allow extra time during holidays). 

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–4 business days, though delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume and location.

If you have not received your package within 7 days of shipment, please contact us so we can assist in tracking it.

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, but you don't see it, there may be a few reasons:

  • It may have been mis-delivered to a neighbor
  • A USPS employee may have scanned the package incorrectly
  • To meet delivery quotas, USPS may mark a delivery as complete before it actually is
  • The carrier may have placed the package in your mailbox or near your door, but out of sight.

If this happens to you please wait a day or two, check with your neighbors and reach out directly to your postal carrier. Then please reach out to us.  

IMPORTANT HEAT ADVISORY: Packages may be exposed to extreme temperatures on delivery trucks, if left sitting in direct sunlight or in mailboxes. At elevated temperatures, our bar soaps will soften and certain lotions, shampoos and conditioners may separate. (We do not use any artificial emulsifiers). If this happens, simply let any soaps cool down to room temperature before use, and shake any bottles to remix the liquid or lotion.  Any melted body butters can also be re-solidified in the refrigerator or freezer, but will look like a salve rather than its original whipped consistency - the product is still good to use.  

To help avoid problems, please track your package and retrieve it from outdoors as soon as possible. Alternatively, have the order shipped to a work address or another destination where someone can receive the package immediately.

COLD WEATHER NOTICE:   If foaming soaps get cold during shipping they will get cloudy.  No need to worry - simply allow the products to warm back to room temperature and give a gentle shake.  Product quality will not be affected.

IN-STORE PICKUP

If you’d prefer to pick up your order at our store in Grandview, simply select “Pick up” under Checkout › Delivery Method.

Pickup orders are fulfilled during store hours. Once your order is ready—usually within 2 hours (please allow extra time during the holidays)—you’ll receive a notification letting you know it’s available for pickup.

When you arrive, you’ll find our pickup table just inside the front entrance on the left.
