The Soap Society FAQs
First, open the Loyalty Rewards Panel.
If you do not already have an account:
- Click the "Lather Up & Join"
- Enter your email address (use the one you plan to check out with)
- Check your inbox for a one-time login code
- Enter the code on the website—and you’re in!
No password needed—Shopify uses a secure, password-free login system.
If you already have an account, and are not already signed in:
- Click “Sign In”
- Enter the email address you used previously
- Check your email for your login code
- Enter the code to access your account
If you already have an account, you will receive your initial 50 "Sign Up" Bubble Points the first time you sign in to your account and then interact with the Loyalty Rewards Panel.

- Check your spam or promotions folder

Glenn Avenue Soap Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Rewards account if we believe the program is being abused, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity
- Creating multiple accounts to accumulate points
Points for creating an account (sign up), and placing an order will be immediately credited to your account provided that you are logged in and using the same email address as your store's account.
You can earn birthday and social media points within the 'ways to earn' section of your loyalty rewards panel.
The social media (Like on Facebook, Follow on Instagram, etc) and birthday earning actions need to be taken by clicking directly on the panel.
Log in to your store account, open Loyalty Rewards, and see your points balance displayed at the top of The Soap Society panel. From there, you can also view available rewards, see how to earn more points, and track your recent activity.

You will need to log into the store's website to enter your birthday date in the Loyalty Rewards panel under the 'ways to earn' section. This cannot be added by the store's customer support. Once that's entered, you will be rewarded with points on your next birthday.
Note: In case, you enter the wrong date, you can click 'Edit date' again in the panel to enter the correct one.
You won't be rewarded on your birthday this year if you enter a date that is in the next 30 days. You will be rewarded the following year on that date.
- Log in to your account
- Open the Loyalty Rewards panel. (You can also sign in from this panel.) In the panel, select Ways to redeem.
- Choose a reward type: If you have enough points, you can click View for full reward details or Redeem next to the reward.
- Apply or save the discount code: After redeeming, customers see their discount code displayed in the rewards panel, along with an Apply code button:
Clicking Apply code automatically applies the discount at checkout.
You can also copy the code to use later. The code appears under Your rewards in the panel and remains available if not used immediately.
Checking Out With A Different Email Address: The most common reason is that you’re checking out with a different email address than the one you used to join The Soap Society. If you’re unsure which email you used, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
Rewards are tied to your email, so to use your reward, you’ll need to check out using the same email associated with your loyalty account. This can sometimes happen if you’re logged into Shop (or another account) with a different email.
Stacking rewards: Currently you can only use one discount code at checkout. Using multiple discount codes is not permitted. But, you can use a discount code with a gift card at checkout.
No — points earned from a purchase cannot be redeemed during that same transaction.
Points are awarded after the order is completed, so they become available for use on your next purchase, either online or in-store.
For example, if you earn 100 points from today’s purchase, those points will appear in your account after checkout and can be used toward a reward the next time you shop.
If you already have enough points from previous purchases, you can absolutely redeem those rewards during your current transaction.
When you redeem a reward, your points are immediately exchanged for the reward (a.k.a. a discount code to use toward a future purchase). But, you do not need to use the reward immediately. If you choose not to use the reward, it will be saved in your panel under Your rewards.
To use a previously redeemed reward, login to your account. Then click Your rewards and select the reward you want to use. Copy and paste the discount code at checkout, or click the Apply code button to apply it to the cart immediately.
You can share your referral link directly from the Loyalty Rewards panel via Facebook, X, or email, or copy and paste the link to share through SMS, WhatsApp, or other social platforms.
Your friend must be a new customer who has not previously shopped with Glenn Ave Soap or entered their email with us.
When your friend clicks your referral link, they’ll be prompted to enter their email to receive their $5 reward code. They can then copy the code, and paste/ apply that code at checkout when placing their first order.
Once your friend completes their purchase using the reward code, the referral is successful and you’ll receive your $5 reward, which will appear in your account under: Loyalty Rewards Panel → My Rewards
No, the reward can only be used on the account it was earned.
Commercial foaming soap orders are not eligible for earning points or redeeming points.
Terms and Conditions
The Glenn Avenue Soap Loyalty Rewards Program (“The Soap Society”) is our way of thanking our loyal customers. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Glenn Avenue Soap Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
Participation in the The Soap Society is free and available to customers with a registered GlennAveSoap.com account.
Customers must provide a valid email address to enroll. Use the email you intend to check out with, e.g. your Shop account email address. Points and rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
Wholesale and commercial accounts are excluded from participation.
Earning Points
Members earn points for eligible purchases and actions as outlined here.
Points are awarded based on the final purchase amount after discounts, promotions, and returns.
Points are not earned on:
- Gift card purchases
- Taxes or shipping fees
Points will appear in your account after the order has been completed.
Points cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before the Loyalty Rewards Program was activated.
Redeeming Rewards
Points may be redeemed for rewards such as discounts or other benefits as outlined on the The Soap Society page.
Rewards:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be applied to previous purchases
- May not be combined with other promotions or discounts
- Are subject to expiration and availability
Only one reward may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
Expiration of Points
Points may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period. Specific expiration timelines may be updated periodically.
Glenn Avenue Soap Company reserves the right to adjust expiration policies at any time.
Program Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue the Rewards Program, including point values, redemption rates, or available rewards, at any time.
Any changes will apply to future points and rewards and will not retroactively affect points already redeemed.
Account Misuse
Glenn Avenue Soap Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Rewards account if we believe the program is being abused, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity
- Creating multiple accounts to accumulate points
- Unauthorized resale or commercial use of rewards
- Violating program terms
Points earned through fraudulent activity may be revoked.
Program Communication
When you join the Rewards Program, you will receive program-related communications, including reward notifications and account updates.
Customers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, though some program-related messages may still be sent.
Privacy
Customer information collected through the Rewards Program is subject to the Glenn Avenue Soap Company Privacy Policy and will only be used to administer the program and communicate with members.
