Mint

Mint essential oils, like Spearmint and Peppermint, are fresh, invigorating, and, of course, minty! Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is a hybrid species of mint , a cross between watermint and spearmint. It has a sharp, crisp aroma, and is known for its cooling sensation and insect-repelling properties, while also being beneficial at clearing the mind and increasing focus. Spearmint (Mentha spicata) is sweeter and milder than peppermint, and known to be uplifting, yet soothing.
