A convenient way to create a personalized yet economical soap favor is to make use of our smaller round Beer Soaps (2.25oz) as opposed to our larger, more expensive oval Bar Soaps (4oz). Beer soaps are made by substituting beer from some of our favorite local breweries for the water in the recipe. The carbs and sugars in the beer give the soap a rich, creamy lather. Each of the 7-8 varieties we have (it can vary slightly at times) have different scents that complement the particular beer that was used to make it. They each have a unique front label showing the logo of the brewery, the particular beer and the fragrance of the bar. Pictured are several examples, the rest can be found here. The back of each beer soap has the same label.

Beer Soaps With Our Standard Retail Labels (2.25oz Round Soaps)
If you love beer and are proud to share with your guests some of your favorite craft products produced in Columbus, you could purchase a variety of beer soaps to share with you guests as-is. We can provide a discount for volume purchase. For a nice presentation and to protect the bar while traveling home in a purse or bag we can pack each one in a nice little muslin bag stamped with our logo, or we can wrap it in tissue and seal it with a Glenn Avenue Soap label or a custom label.

Option 2
Beer Soaps With Custom Labels (2.25oz Round Soaps)
The key to creating a memorable gift is the personalized message that ties it directly to your event or occasion. We can easily customize the Beer Soaps by replacing one or both of the 2” diameter labels with a custom label commemorating your special day. If you want to retain the local brewery aspect, we can replace the back label with your custom label. If you don’t want to play up the brewery tie-in you can 1) replace the front label with your own and leave the back one the same, 2) replace both the front and back with custom labels or 3) replace the front with a custom label and not have any label on the back. Here are some examples of custom labels we have produced in the past. We can use artwork that you generate, or we are happy to help create something for you using your fonts, etc.

Option 3
Other Scents / Non-Beer Soaps (2.25oz Round Soaps)
The two options above provide a lot of flexibility to very quickly put together your customized soap favor order utilizing a variety of round beer soap stock we have in inventory. However, if you prefer to use a scent from one of our signature oval bars (i.e. Citrus Blossom, Rose Clay, Bandit’s Oil, etc.) or want a larger quantity of a single scent, we can pour a custom batch.
MINIMUM ORDER
There is no upcharge to do this, but a minimum order of 80 bars is required.
LEAD TIME
Because the freshly cut bars of soap need time to dry, the entire process takes 5-6 weeks.
